This Kashier Android SDK License ("License") governs the use of the Kashier Native Android SDK ("SDK") provided by Kashier.

1. License grant

Subject to this License and any applicable Kashier agreements or terms of service, Kashier grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, integrate, and use the SDK solely for the purpose of enabling Kashier payment services within applications that you develop or operate.

You may distribute your application containing or depending on the SDK as necessary to provide Kashier payment functionality to your users.

2. Ownership

The SDK is proprietary software owned by Kashier and/or its licensors.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the SDK, including all intellectual property rights, remain with Kashier and its licensors.

No ownership rights are transferred to you under this License.

3. Restrictions

Except where expressly permitted by applicable law or separately authorized in writing by Kashier, you may not:

• sell, license, sublicense, rent, lease, or distribute the SDK as a standalone product;
• modify or create derivative works of the SDK;
• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the SDK's source code;
• remove or alter proprietary notices, trademarks, copyright notices, or other notices contained in the SDK;
• use the SDK to provide or facilitate payment services other than through Kashier;
• use the SDK in violation of applicable laws, regulations, Kashier agreements, or Kashier documentation.

4. Kashier services

The SDK is intended to facilitate access to Kashier payment services.

Use of Kashier payment services may be subject to separate merchant agreements, account requirements, service terms, policies, technical requirements, and applicable fees.

This License does not grant access to Kashier payment services independently of those requirements.

5. Updates and changes

Kashier may update, modify, replace, or discontinue versions of the SDK from time to time.

New versions of the SDK may contain changes necessary for security, compliance, compatibility, or functionality.

You are responsible for maintaining an SDK version supported by Kashier.

6. Third-party software

The SDK may include or depend upon third-party software components that are subject to their own license terms.

Nothing in this License modifies any rights or obligations applicable to such third-party components.

7. Confidentiality and security

You must not attempt to access, expose, extract, or misuse confidential information, credentials, cryptographic material, security controls, or implementation details associated with the SDK or Kashier services.

You are responsible for securely implementing and operating your integration in accordance with Kashier documentation and applicable security requirements.

8. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the SDK is provided "as is" and "as available."

Kashier makes no warranties, express or implied, except to the extent expressly provided under a separate written agreement with Kashier.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kashier shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of the SDK, except where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Any additional liability terms agreed between you and Kashier under a separate written agreement will take precedence where applicable.

10. Termination

Kashier may terminate or suspend this License if you materially violate its terms or applicable Kashier agreements.

Upon termination, you must stop using the SDK except to the extent otherwise agreed in writing by Kashier or required by applicable law.

11. Applicable agreements

This License supplements any applicable Kashier merchant agreement, developer agreement, terms of service, privacy policy, or other agreement between you and Kashier.

If there is a conflict between this License and a separately executed written agreement with Kashier, the separately executed agreement will control to the extent of that conflict.
